Q1. Why can’t the watch touch screen be used? How to use the touch screen correctly?
A1. The touch screen can’t be used without awakening, you need click “Mode” to active the touch screen, 1 minute no operation, the touch screen enters sleep, need active again.
Q2. Why is the touch screen insensitive when there is water or fog on the screen?
A2. First of all, N-TOUCH is a professional diving watch, waterproof 100M, diving 50M, screen glass needs to withstand water pressure, so the thickness of N-touch watch screen glass is thicker than ordinary watches screen glass. This is one reason, Another reason is, When there is water or fog on the screen, it will affect the sensitivity of the touch screen. This is normal and does not affect the other functions of the watch, just like the touch screen of the mobile phone screen. We recommend using it after wiping off the water.
Q3. Can the button and touch screen work normally in the dive mode?
A3. Can’t, Considering diving safety, Touch screen and button are closed under diving mode. expect “light” buttom.

A5. This is a charging watch, charging time is 3 hours, full power can be used for 7-15days.

When you return to the water surface after diving, no-fly icons will display on the upper part of the screen in different modes.
Note: when the diving depth arrives 10M or More, the diving time is 1 minute or more, the no-fly time interface and the no-fly icon will display.
NOTE:
Only the watch is in countdown no-flying time, don’t fly. before fly, please check the surplus no-fly time frequently!
If you want to fly or move to the higher altitude in the no-fly time, it will influence you body.

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
